Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Hot Deals, Cool Gifts Promotion

1. Who can participate in this promotion?

All customers of a DAF Dealer and DAF Webshop users are eligible. Warehouse and distribution partners, as well as DAF service partners, are excluded.

 

2. How do I qualify for a free gift?

You must place an order through the DAF Webshop that meets or exceeds the specified value for eligible parts in one single order. Orders cannot be combined to reach the threshold.

 

3. What are the eligible parts and corresponding gifts?

4. What is the promotion period?

From November 28th, 2025 to January 31st, 2026 (midnight)

 

5. Which countries are included?

Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria 

 

6. How do I claim my gift?

You will receive a voucher code by email on either Wednesday or Friday. Use this code at checkout on the DAF Merchandise Store to claim your gift. 

 

7. Do I need an account to redeem my gift?

No. You can check out as a guest. Note: This is not the Loyalty Store, your Loyalty login will not work here.

 

8. Is there a deadline to redeem my voucher?

Yes, voucher codes must be redeemed before February 28, one month after the promotion ends. 

 

9. Are there any shipping costs?

No, shipping is free for participants.

  

10. When will I receive my gift?

Gifts are typically delivered within two weeks, depending on stock availability.

 

11. Do the order values differ by currency?

Yes, the minimum order value may vary depending on the currency. Please check with your local contact for details.

 

12. What if I have questions about my order or account?

13. Can DAF Trucks change the promotion?

Yes, DAF Trucks reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion or its terms at any time.

 

14. Is there a limit to the number of gifts per customer?

Each customer can claim one gift per qualifying order. Multiple orders may result in multiple gifts, provided each order individually meets the requirements.

 

15. What if a gift is out of stock?

If a gift is unavailable, DAF reserves the right to offer an equivalent alternative.
