Terms and conditions Deals & Gifts – Batteries Retail Promotion

These terms and conditions apply to the 'Deals & Gifts promotion organised by DAF Trucks N.V. (the eCommerce Division of PACCAR Parts Europe), with its registered office in Eindhoven, Hugo van der Goeslaan 1, and company number 17078445, hereinafter referred to as: "DAF Trucks".

Promotion terms and conditions

• All invited customer companies of a DAF Dealer and all DAF Webshop users who receive a unique activation code in their e-mail, are entitled to participate in this promotion, with the exception of warehouse and distribution partners and DAF service partners.
• Only orders placed through the DAF Webshop by the customer are eligible for free gifts. This means that sales within a dealer group and sales to other dealers are not eligible.
• This promotion runs from October 1st 2026 until December 31st 2026 at midnight.
• The promotion runs in the following countries; Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria.
• Free gifts will be earned when the eligible parts are ordered within the promotion period and within one order: Please note that the minimum quantity is 12 or more batteries* per order. For more information contact your dealer/DPM.
• Please note that voucher codes are used as one-time discount codes. This means that once a voucher is used, it is fully redeemed, regardless of whether the full value is spent. For example, if a customer places an order of €80 and uses a €120 voucher, the remaining €40 will expire.
• The full list of part numbers applicable to this promotion can be found here.
• Above only applies in case the quantity or value of the selected parts is reached or surpassed within one order. Order values within the campaign period cannot be combined.
• Customer will receive a unique voucher code on either Wednesday or Friday by e-mail to redeem free gifts. Free gifts have to be claimed on the DAF Merchandise Store by adding the voucher code in the check-out process.

• The email addresses for the DAF Merchandise Store account and the DAF Webshop account do not need to match.
• Voucher codes have to be redeemed within two months after the final day of the campaign period. In this case before March 1st.
• Shipping costs will not be excluded and will be charged to the participant on the gifts orders in the DAF Merchandise Store.
• Once the earner has ordered their gifts online, these will be delivered to the delivery address entered. On average, products are delivered within two weeks, depending on stock.
• For countries that use currencies other than the euro, DAF Trucks uses an exchange rate. DAF Trucks reserves the right to adjust the exchange rate at any time during the campaign.

Personal information

• To take part in the promotion, you may be asked to provide certain personal information (for example, name and email address).
• The participant confirms that all information provided by them is accurate, up-to-date and complete.

Liability and indemnification

• The participant acknowledges that participation in the promotion is entirely at their own risk.
• DAF Trucks reserves the right to terminate participation in the promotion at any time if the participant acts in any way contrary to these terms and conditions or any legally applicable provision, without prior notice, without giving any reason, at their own discretion and without DAF Trucks being held liable for this.
• DAF Trucks has the right to audit customer orders and all relevant information at any time.
• DAF Trucks has the right to adapt the content of the promotion during the promotional period.
• DAF Trucks has the right to adapt the terms and conditions, content and promotional period at any time.
• No rights can be derived from changes to these terms and conditions.

Miscellaneous

• These terms and conditions may be modified by us at any time. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions regularly.
• This promotion is governed by our terms of use and privacy statement.
• Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of current regulations. These terms and conditions are subject to Dutch Law. Any disputes arising from or otherwise related to the promotion or the website will be submitted to the competent court.
